In my case how does one not fall at the first hurdle with this type of "courting", I think I am zero % photogenic and posting a facial photo, to me, is like walking in to a potential girlfriends parent's house for the first time only to realise you have walked in dog poop coming up the path and trodden it through the hall and onto the carpet!
I do not expect that just one date can determine success but I am sure it can determine failure. Make it to a second date, well then there is a measure of hope :-)
I do not know whether on line dating has ever been for me but like most things in life; nothing ventured nothing gained.
