My friends tell me that I have a genuine smile, that I'm kind and whole-hearted. I love to be social but I'm an extroverted introvert so I like to retreat to some peace and quiet often with a good podcast or online class.
Life is too short for living on the couch or down the pub three nights a week. Lockdown has shown me all the things I took for granted.
