I am an independent (ex-pat South African) woman, used to living alone, and usually happy with my own company.
Reading is my passion, books of most genres.
I love to travel and have already visited many parts of the world.
As a freelance writer/researcher, I have had several articles published, and I am also the editor of a parish magazine.
In my previous life, I ran my own business and before that, had a long-term management career in the South African pharmaceutical industry.
I lost my dog of 12 years in 2022 and started doing house & pet sitting. It has taken off, with many bookings already confirmed for 2024. It's the best job in the world!!
