From hands once still, now nimble and keen,
A name you should know, it is Phillip, I mean.
Retired I am, but the mind's a bright flame,
Learning and crafting, a new kind of light.
Discarded and broken, the jewels cast aside,
Damaged and tarnished, their beauty had died.
But under my gaze, a new vision takes hold,
From scrap they are salvaged, more precious than gold.
Redesigned and reborn, with a touch and a twist,
A second life granted, a future unmissed.
'From scrap to craft,' a motto I hold dear,
'To new life beginnings,' banishing fear.
Each piece has a story, a journey to tell,
Woven in verses, a poem, a spell.
So gaze on my jewellery , with wonder and glee,
The spirit of Phillip, in each you will see.
For beauty can blossom, from what's thrown away,
A new dawn is breaking, at the close of the day.
