From an architectural background. I have a masters in conservation of historic buildings but also practical. I do most of my own building work (or things that are still allowed these days).
I was born in London, in Spitalfields ( yes, within the sound of the Bow Bells!) but now live on the south coast)
I suppose my friends would say I'm a bit 'reserved'
My tastes in art tend to be post 1890 ish.
My architectural tastes would be of a similar era but I do have a soft spot for Brutalism (think Southbank).
