I am a 57 year old, recently divorced mum to 2 adult children and nanny to 4 glorious grandsons.
I love travelling around the UK and would love to do more of this with new friends and a companion.
I love to read and craft...bit of a demon knitter!
Crime and suspense are my favourite sort of books...not a fan of cheesy romantic novels at all!
I have recently started to nordic walk and it would be great to find a similar soul to walk alongside.
I had my heart badly broken by my ex in 2019 after 34 years together so I'm still fragile but getting better every day. Any new relation ship will have to start slow.
I am kind and caring and love to laugh and have fun. I am bubbly but can be quite shy at first.
I love my job, supporting families who have kids with special needs and work hard.
I'm not a party animal and prefer a quiet night in to clubs and pubs.
Love a nice meal out or a coffee to people watch and chat...equally happy with a bag of chips on the beach or a restaurant.
Ihave diabetes type 2 so have to watch what I eat a bit.
I love rugby,both league and union, and would like having someone to go to matches with. Not a great fan of football though.
I like a good crime drama on the telly or at the cinema.
All in all, I'm just a normal lady who would like to meet a friend and see what happens.
