About her
I am an independent, well travelled, free spirited cup half full kind of gal. I love being outdoors, be it hiking, camping, canoeing, cycling. I enjoy staying fit. Animal lover of all species, at the moment have a hooligan of a dog.
I am lucky to have a creative job, I also enjoy drawing, painting and will definitely have a camera on hand.
I always have several books on the go. I love antiques and second hand shops and markets, anything that can tell a story. But these are the only kind of shops you will find me in!
I am definitely up for adventure, I have lived overseas in several countries over the years, 3 years ago I returned to England after living in Africa for over 25 years. This is where I got the love of the out doors and love being in the middle of no where. You just can't beat being on safari, waking up to the sounds of the bush, that first cup of coffee by the camp fire just as the sun rises. Hence, I am drawn by anything that is off the beaten track.
I also love to laugh and I don't take myself seriously, I am a very positive person and strongly believe that there is a silver lining to everything.

I am looking for someone who is emotionally mature with a healthy self esteem. Someone that is kind, generous and thoughtful, it doesn't cost anything to be those things and yet can mean the world. Also independent, fun, with an intelligent sense of humour, someone that doesn't take themselves too seriously and a positive person. Must love animals. It would be wonderful if they have an equal love of the outdoors.
