I am content on my own however now, feel ready for someone in my life to share special moments with. I enjoy theatre, cinema, walking, gym, yoga, experiencing new adventures.
The last few years I have developed a healthy interest in food and believe food is our bodies medicine, I eat a plant based diet, do not drink alcohol or smoke and can assure you I am by no means boring.
I have lived a varied and fairly interesting life being ex Forces (RAF) and have lived abroad as a civillian therefore have cosmopolitan outlook on life.
I am not religous but do tend to live a spiritual way of life.
I have no children and not looking for any, but do have 3 rescue cats.
