About her
Photo (taken 2023) available for favourites. I've been told that I'm easy on the eye and look young for my age. However, I’m not a fan of photo-scrollers, as I'm looking for something a bit deeper. I’ve been happily single for a while, but I’m aware that many of life’s experiences are much richer when shared with a like-minded soul. Perhaps it's you?
So….back to the photo-less profile. Here's my best shot at painting a picture with words:
Hair – dark brown (L’Oreal thinks I’m worth it)
Eyes – two, largish, brown, not crossed
Ears – two, smallish, efficient, pierced
Teeth – own, whitish, adequate
Skin - smooth, in places. Cappuccino-coloured (Anglo-Indian heritage)
Feet – five (size, not quantity)
Body – mostly flesh and blood (some titanium in spine and left ankle).
Bedroom antics - low on priority list
Cuddles, snuggles and romantic gestures - High on priority list
Personality – Mostly warm, usually cheerful, curious.
Character – loyal, principled, slightly sanctimonious, sheepish when told not to be sanctimonious
Intelligence – have my fair share, apparently
Annoying habits – that’s for you to discover
Passions – nature, animals - especially dogs; music.
Interests – water colour painting, cinema, theatre, time with friends, music, gardening, learning new things.
Values – honesty, compassion, kindness, generosity of spirit, optimism
Politics – uncompromising. Left of centre, but not rabid. It's all about values....
About her ideal match
Ideals are often unattainable, and at our age we come fully formed, having survived ‘the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune’. But I’d love to meet somebody who has similar values and a genuine interest in others. He's intelligent, a good communicator who enjoys debate, but he's not freaked out by companionable silence. He’s not in denial about his age (white-water rafters and bungee jumpers may wish to scroll on at this point), but he’s looking forward to spending the next quarter of a century enjoying new experiences with a loving companion.
