I hope you’d find me warm, honest, loyal, independent, intelligent and sociable. I love nature, animals, music, watercolour painting and cooking for two. I’m told I look young for my age (the photos are recent and genuine), but you can be the judge of that. I’m generally quite self-sufficient, but I know that many of life’s simple pleasures – a meal, a walk, a concert, a theatre trip - are so much richer when shared with a like-minded soul. I have lots of lovely friends, but I miss the male perspective on life and would love to spend time with a male companion….an activity partner, at least initially. That could develop into more…..who knows? But a good start would be the sort of companionship that leaves us both smiling and looking forward to our next meeting.

Ideals are often unattainable, and at our age we come fully formed, having survived ‘the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune’.
