I have been the wife and mother now I would like to be the lover and partner.
I am a strong believer in plant medicine and try to keep pharmaceuticals out of my life whenever possible. However, I do believe in science and am vaccinated.
Seeking out great food and fabulous wine to accompany it is something I really enjoy. It can be anything from tasty street food to a Michelin starred restaurant but whatever it is I will have an opinion.
I have a 16yr old Jack Russell .. she is the last of 3 that I had since they were puppies.
I am not religious but have witnessed the power of positive energy and try to wish everyone ... even the difficult people in my life .. the very best and hope they experience love and joy. It helps my day.

To be honest I'm really not sure what that looks like ... but I think having at least one or two common interests would be a good start .. I also value someone who is open minded, charitable, optimistic, believes in science, vaccinated, can be spontaneous, takes pride in his appearance, is an early riser, not easily rattled, intellectual (in a good way), enjoys wine and great food, is healthy, enjoys plant medicines, is confident, recycles, politically stands left of centre, prefers a diverse community, watches the markets, is active, pays attention to World events, , ,is fit (for his age) and still feels sexy!
