I have 3 adult children who live independently.
I am not sporty but walk daily with my dog and do yoga and swim sometimes . I enjoy good conversation with friends and even better if it’s over a glass of wine .. I work in a challenging job 4 days a week with thoughts of retirement in next couple of years
