I've been single by choice for a long time, not having the confidence to explore what's out there. My children are grown up and it's time to enjoy what life has to offer! I'm caring, considerate, compassionate, honest, supportive, emotionally intelligent and solvent with a sense of fun and adventure that's been suppressed for too long! I'm hoping to find someone with similar values that I can enjoy life with. I moved to a village between Harrogate and Ripon a year ago, which is near to my eldest son and 2 year old granddaughter, who I adore. My roots are in Liverpool and I have what some have described as a 'posh' Liverpool accent! I am a bit of a wanderer, having my own motorhome and touring the UK when the mood takes me (and the weather looks a reasonable bet!) I love dogs but have chosen not to have one at present. I'm looking for someone local who I can enjoy time with at the theatre, a meal in a pub or just relaxed conversation over a glass of red wine! I'm not looking to rush into a physical relationship and would like to develop a secure friendship first and foremost.
