I enjoy all London has to offer in the arts, galleries, theatre and museums but also love walking in the countryside both here and abroad.

In my time off I like cooking and making cakes, drawing when I get the chance, practicing the piano , going to drawing and painting workshops, art exhibitions, the theatre, seeing musicals or to see dance. Always nicer when shared.

I try to keep fit with regular exercise including some of Michael Moseley's suggestions .
