Happy to be working fewer hours, with more time to see the world, or look after the garden. I feel the scales are beginning to tip in a way that reflects a good work/life balance. Never curmudgeonly, will usually look for the upside, enjoy cycling, walking and photography. Have recently even taken to creating the odd piece of 'art'. I love dogs and regularly look after them, although don't want the tie of owning one just yet. Have cycled through Vietnam, Rajasthan and New York, along with several European cities - I think it's the best way to travel and explore.

I would like to meet someone with at least as much energy as me (which may swing from over excited puppiness (is that a word?) to watching films in bed all afternoon). I love a curious mind and someone who could expand my horizons. For me, walking in the countryside and visiting the city are enjoyed in equal measure.
