New to this after 30 years.....
I consider myself kind, caring and compassionate having been a Nurse for 45years....
The highlight of my career was becoming the Senior Nurse on the QE2, I became hooked on travel and meeting people from all walks of life. My claim to fame is I once gave Tom Cruise a seasick injection 😜
I have also cared for the other end of society as a Forensic Nurse Practitioner in Police custody for Avon and Somerset Police.....
I spent many years in Surrey, with 2 amazing children now 30 and 31 and have a wonderful Grandson who is 2 ..my daughter now lives in Bradford on Avon and my son is still in Cornwall. I worked in Cobham and Oshott as a Health Visitor before moving back to my childhood home of Cornwall and am fortunate enough to see the sea and sunsets from my house. The beach is a short walk down the cliff path...I love walking out on the cliffs and watching the seasons change. In the Summer I love going out fishing and there’s nothing better than a freshly caught mackerel on a beach bbq!
I adore travelling...I went to Australia and Thailand pre lockdown Dubai last November and a Caribbean cruise in February. Being at sea is therapy for the soul…. I’m a bit of a romantic but tend to wear my heart on my sleeve. I’ve been badly hurt so friendship and companionship would be a good start.
I’m passionate about Rugby (Union) and F1…and once met the England squad who were staying at the same hotel as me in Treviso Italy!
I dislike piercings, obvious tattoos and I’m afraid facial hair….nothing personal but an unpleasant childhood experience so clean shaven and aftershave for me!!
I’m looking for someone to make me smile again and put the sparkle back into my eyes.....
