About her
I do appreciate you taking the time to read this; it's not easy writing something about yourself that you hope someone will want to read & think you might be worth getting to know.
I'm quite a capable and independent soul. I set up my own business, a ‘pre-loved’ Dress Agency in 2015 and I ran this for 3 years. I became ill in 2018/19, (the reason for closing my shop), now recovered and looking to the future, I have gone back to my previous work as a Freelance Sign Language Interpreter. I have to say that I do look quite different to the photo here, but I don’t have a more recent photo that I want to upload just yet. I could write about how much my life (not just my hair!) has changed in the last few years but really, that’s something to tell the person who wants to hear it and equally, wants to share their story with me.
I have time that I'd like to fill with that special someone. At the moment friends are a really important part of my life and I value their support and encouragement. I hope they would say that the nicest thing about me was my warmth and sense of humour and spending happy times together.
I'd love to meet a best friend who is kind, not afraid of their own emotions or of sharing their life with the right person. So many things are just better with two and there is nothing like a relationship when two people can love, treasure and nurture each other but also give each other the space to be who they are.
I like kindness, honesty and caring and I try to give all those things in return. My Dad used to say that there is nothing worth pursuing in life more than happiness.
