What to say!
Well, I'm a country-loving 59yo DWM from the north of Fife, have been on my own for more than 25 years and am looking to get my spark back.
I don't enjoy the best of health, too many years of bodily abuse when farming have taken their toll on my spine and joints, and I'm a diabetic, but not a very good one! My family were Bakers on Dad's side, and had Chocolate and Sugar on mother's, not the best of combination for a diabetic who loves food, but loathes cooking!
Following on from farming, I now run a wee micro business training company drivers how to drive their 4x4's off road, although Covid has virtually destroyed my business! I am also also involved with Event First Aid and volunteer with my local 4x4 Response Group!
I drive a pair of Land Rovers and have a love of old cars, old planes, old furniture and old houses & buildings but still love some of the newer things in life too!! I have a fascination for History, and near history in particular. I have always been an avid watcher of the News on the BBC; I seem to have an amazing capacity for remembering random and fairly irrelevant facts, figures and stories, I put this down to my dyslexia.

So what do I look for in a lady, well I guess intelligence, good looks, good sense of humour and a fairly easy going manner.
I'm a country-lover and hopefully you'd be too, as I've never really taken to the bright lights - far too many people!! I have a cat and used to have a dog, so I'd hope you'd be ok with pets (I like most animals, but have a distinct aversion to rodents, snakes and big hairy spiders)!
I only really have one non-negotiable bit and that's that you'd be a non-smoker. Sorry if this is a problem, it killed my Dad when I was 19 and my Grandad when I was 8!
